I had been borrowing one exactly like this from the school’s maintenance team. I bought one for only us since we often use it to vacuum up the little pebbles that are under the climbing wall.
It works well, but it is LOUD. Especially if you have to sit next to it while other kids are using it to magically vacuum up the little pebbles from the artificial grass. Which they LOVE to do.
Someday I’d love to dampen the noise by housing it in a box on wheels like this. Also, I had this idea I could make a rock filter with a bucket like this but for now I just empty it every so often or have the kids dump it out when it gets full of pebbles.
The best part of having our own is that I know nothing SUPER gross has been through it.
